PN64D8000 is a wonderful television! I suggest that you go to a meeting place and get proper setup info if you need themost excellent picture, but even out of the box (where the settings are way too hot), I thinking it looked good. The remote control works well, connectivity is simple, the menus are easy to work with…all good. The actual stand was difficult to attach to the tv – it took 3 people and a few sweat to get the stand along (don't want to drop this babe…). The speakers aren't as good because the Sony it replaced, but I nowadays run it through a home dramaturgy system, so sound isn't an issue.
